2. What this policy covers

This website (edriza.com) and the Edriza platform (pro.edriza.com). For client safety data, the client is the data controller and we act as processor under the service agreement.

3. Data we collect on the website

Contact form details you send us (name, organisation, e-mail, phone, message) and basic technical logs (IP address, browser, time of visit) kept for security. We do not use advertising cookies.

4. Data on the Edriza platform

User account details (name, work e-mail, role, sign-in records), safety data entered by the client, and audit records. Access is restricted to authorised users of the client and to our staff only where the service agreement allows.

5. Why we process data

To respond to enquiries, to provide and secure the service, to meet pharmacovigilance and legal obligations, and to keep the audit trail that regulations require.

6. Where data is kept

On Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Frankfurt), with an encrypted copy in Ireland. Backups are retained as required by law and by the client agreement.

7. Sharing

We do not sell data. We share it only with the client, with regulatory authorities when the client instructs or the law requires, and with service providers who host or support the platform under contract.

8. Retention

Website enquiries: 24 months. Platform data: for the term of the client agreement and the legal retention period for pharmacovigilance records.

9. Your rights

Depending on your country, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Write to info@edriza.com. Platform users should contact their company administrator first.

10. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, two-factor sign-in, role-based access, separated client workspaces and continuous backups.

We will post any change here with the date of the change.
